BOARD

The girl board is a select group of young women who have dedicated themselves to the mission of Be More, and who are committed to embodying these ideals everyday while supporting the growth of the campaign. The Girl Board provides opportunities for leadership, growth, and development and empowers girls to own their voice as a role model in their community.

We provide leadership opportunities for the board members to help them project a positive and inclusive voice in their community. Board members focus on helping girls in middle school and high school by hosting events, panels, open discussions, and more. Board members will also help Be More with fundraising and spreading awareness when it comes to social media literacy, digital wellness and mental health.

Members will be expected to attend monthly virtual meetings, to host events in their local communities and schools, and to actively engage in the mission of Be More. Members will also have the opportunity to apply for the Girl Board Exec Team to further their leadership skills and development.

Applications are accepted annually from June-September, with each member serving their term from September-August of the following year. We accept applications globally, and we encourage girls from all over the world to apply. Please note that we are based out of the US, so many of our virtual meetings will be held in EST.
